You are a bacteria moving up through a human body, and must use your grappling ability to pull yourself up onto the veins which hang above.

Collecting the orbs that appear will increase your score, while you try to survive for as long as you possibly can.

Left or right mouse click to shoot your hook.

Escape to pause game.
